What are the dates for Broccoli City Weekend?

What ticket options are available?

We have many different ticket options available for BC Weekend including full weekend passes, day passes, two-day passes and cabanas. Please visit the “BUY NOW” page or contact us at guestservices@broccolicity.com for more information.


Is BC Weekend all ages?

Broccoli City Weekend is open to all ages. Select areas on the festival grounds are 21+.


Will there be vegetarian, vegan, and/or gluten-free menu offerings?

Of course! Broccoli City is both a music + food festival, so you will be tasting some of the most unique and flavorful combinations.


What Weather Should I Prepare For?

DC weather can be unpredictable, so please keep an eye on the forecast, plan accordingly, and listen for announcements from us. Broccoli City will go on, rain or shine!

How can I sign up to be a volunteer?

At this time, we are not accepting volunteer applications. Please check back for any updates.


Are People With Disabilities Accommodated?

Broccoli City encourages persons with disabilities to participate in all programs and activities. Please contact us no later than February 28, 2019 to request ASL interpreter services or other accommodations for special needs.


Is Medication Permitted?

Yes, medications are allowed into the festival as long as they comply with the following:
No over-the-counter medication is permitted unless in unopened, factory-sealed packaging.
No vitamins or supplements of any kind are permitted.

 

Prescription Medication can only be brought into the festival ground with the following:
A valid photo id (See list of acceptable forms of identification)
Medication must be in original prescription bottle, in-date, legible, with name corresponding to photo ID
Only one type of medication per bottle (matching the description printed on bottle)
Any prescription controlled substances may only be brought in reasonable quantities reasonable

Why did the Festival move?

Thanks to the unprecedented response from our dedicated community, we simply outgrew RFK. So, to properly ensure the festival's continued growth and health for generations to come, we’ve moved to a bigger venue that will allow us to produce an unforgettable experience.


Is the Festival inside of the stadium?

Not exactly. While VIP and SUPER VIP guests will have access to designated areas within the stadium, all performances, activations, food, vendors and rides will be located outdoors.


If I exit the Festival, can I come back in?

Once your ticket has been scanned, you will not be permitted to re-enter without purchasing another ticket if you exit the security checkpoint.


Will You Be Posting Set Times and a Map of the Grounds in Advance?

Yes, but no earlier than a week before the festival. Follow our social media accounts to see the announcement.


Are there ATMs on site?

Yes, ATMs will be accessible at several locations throughout the venue with applicable service fees. Some vendors accept credit cards, but cash is your best bet.


How do I become a food or marketplace vendor?

Please sign up for our mailing list to be notified when our food and marketplace opportunities open.


Can my band perform at Broccoli City?

Is there free water?

We’re not selling water bottles. Empty reusable water bottles are allowed.


Will there charging stations be available at Broccoli City Festival?

When and where will the conference take place?

The 2019 Broccoli Conference will take place on Thursday, April 25 and Friday, April 26, 2019, at:

How can I register? What are the registration rates?

I only want to attend one day of the conference, is that possible?

Only individuals registered and badged may attend conference events. Attendees must have appropriate badge to attend educational sessions, breakfast and lunch and to enter the Networking/Exhibit Lounge. The Full Conference Pass is all-inclusive. A very limited number of one-day passes will be available in late March if and only if the conference has not sold out.


Is the conference schedule available?

Speakers and Sessions will be posted on our website as they are confirmed. A full conference schedule, including conference sessions, room locations, exhibitors and speakers, will be emailed to registered attendees in late March.


How can my organization become a conference sponsor?

Sponsorship opportunities are limited, so act today. To become a sponsor and for more information, please contact tiffanie@wagnerandcompany.com.


Is there funding available to help with travel/registration costs?

Broccoli City is unable to assist with travel or registration costs at this time.


What is the cancellation policy for the conference?

Registration fees are non-refundable, however, registrations can be transferred to a friend, family member or colleague until March 22, 2019. All transfers must be sent in writing via e-mail to guestservices@broccolicity.com.

We are not responsible for problems beyond our control such as weather conditions,venue conditions, travel difficulties, visa problems, health issues, etc. No refunds will be given in these situations.

Is there free water?

Water will be provided! Attendees will be required to bring or purchase refillable water bottles to fill up throughout the day at any of our quench stations. Bottled/Boxed water will also be sold at all bars.
